CryoCord Community Transplant Programme (CCTP)
Not everyone has access to finances to safeguard their health. As such, CryoCord has and continues to contribute to society by offering enrolment for cord blood stem cell storage at no cost to expecting mothers whose immediate family members are suffering from blood disorders such as Leukaemia, Thalassaemia or any other disease that can be treated using cord blood stem cells.
We want to build a caring community, and therefore, we decided to start by being the ones offering care. Eligible applicants will be given free collection, processing and storage for the first year.
CryoCord & Uncle Kentang Charity Collaboration
CryoCord believes that a little goes a long way. Therefore, we collaborated with Uncle Kentang to provide daily household items worth RM10,000 to those in need during the pandemic. The local hero actively reaches out to those in need, providing basic necessities and service aid during the Covid-19 lockdown.
Fighting Covid-19 Together
CryoCord is proud to have joined hands with Institut Kanser Negara, Malaysia, for a common cause during the Covid-19 global pandemic. A total of 10,000 units of face masks, 1,000 units of surgical gowns and 900 units of KN95 face masks were donated by CryoCord for use by the front liners. The Managing Director of CryoCord, Mr. James Then presented the contribution to the Director of Institut Kanser Negara, Dr. Mohd Anis bin Haron.
Commitment to Sustainability: 'Adopt A Tree' programme
As part of CryoCord’s ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), the company was proud to participate in the ‘Adopt a Tree’ programme at Taman Tugu KL. This initiative reflects CryoCord’s deep belief in the importance of protecting and preserving nature for future generations. By taking part in this meaningful programme, the company actively contributes to environmental sustainability, helping to nurture green spaces and promote biodiversity.
