to Transfer Your Baby’s Cord Blood

Step 1
Fill up the Storage Transfer Request Form:

You will receive a Transfer Request Letter via WhatsApp.

Step 2
Complete the Transfer Request Letter and prepare your Storage Agreement and Laboratory Report from CSI.

Step 3
Email these 3 documents (Transfer Request Letter, Storage Agreement and Laboratory Report) to the liquidator at the following email address:

We will do the necessary arrangements and facilitate the transfer of your baby’s cord blood safely to our facility.

Cost of Transfer

and Storage for Cellsafe International Clients

Transfer Fee (including transportation, provision of necessary space, administrative and service charges): RM1,500

For subsequent child, the transfer fee will be RM300.

Annual Storage Fee: RM290

Example:
For parents who have stored cord blood for two children with CSI. The calculation is as below:

Transfer Fee
RM1,500 (first child) + RM300 (second child) = RM1,800

Annual Storage Fee
RM290 (first child) + RM290 (second child) = RM580
